​Lee has over thirty eight years of experience in the construction industry on a wide variety of projects and has successfully managed more than 100 projects ranging from New Schools, Industrial buildings, Hotels, Assisted Living Facilities and many more. As Vice President of Decker Construction, Inc., he continues to serve as a project executive and is responsible for project management, cost controls, field administration, pre-construction services, business development and client relationships.

As President with over thirty years experience in all facets of the construction industry, Ron’s primary focus is to insure that Decker Construction, Inc. remains dedicated to its clients by completing projects on time, within budget and with a high degree of quality. Ron serves as the executive responsible for the overall management of the company’s operations including Hotel business development and client relationships.

Vice President / Senior Estimator

Steve has over seventeen years of estimating and management experience in the construction industry. Steve’s experience in Auto-Cad and software solutions ensure a well run project from inception to final completion. As Vice President, Steve oversees the bid process as well as the operations process to ensure that our clients have the information they need prior to construction and that the project stays within the owners’ expectations for budgets, quality and completion dates.
