Origination
Decker Construction, Inc. is a Kansas corporation incorporated February 21, 1973 by Paul Decker. In January of 1992 Ronald McVey purchased the company and operates offices in Coffeyville, Kansas. The company performs primarily non-residential general building construction services in Kansas and Oklahoma.

Safety
Decker Construction, Inc. is committed to a Safety and Health program designed to meet the needs of the ever-changing conditions, which are common to our industry.  Recognizing that engineering techniques alone are not enough to ensure that exposure to hazards are controlled, the program includes coordination, monitoring and educating the personnel involved in constructing the project.  These components will be implemented through the same principles of management control applied to all phases of the project.
